LS Cable & System signs framework agreement with the world’s No. 1 offshore wind leader for high voltage export cables

Employees of LS Cable & System are singing a contract through a video conference with the head office of Ørsted in Copenhagen, Denmark and its subsidiary in London, UK in LS Tower, Anyang, Gyeonggi-do.

LS Cable & System (President & CEO Roe-hyun Myung) announced on 24 that it has entered into a 5-year framework agreement with global offshore wind leader Ørsted for the opportunity to supply high voltage export cables for offshore wind farms.
 
LS C&S has previously supplied cables for the world’s largest offshore wind farm Hornsea One and Two in the UK and has been contracted to supply the subsea cables for the Greater Changhua 1 & 2a Offshore Wind Farms in Taiwan.
